Seeking counselling is a courageous step.
We all have difficulties in life, whether that be stress, anxiety, sadness, depression, grief, relationship or job difficulties, or we may have have experienced distressing or traumatic events. Often, we manage these difficult times with the support of family and friends, if available, but sometimes it may be helpful to work with a trained professional.
