Seeking counselling is a courageous step.

As a psychodynamic counsellor, I offer you a safe, compassionate, inclusive and confidential space, in which we can think creatively together.

We all have difficulties in life, whether that be stress, anxiety, sadness, depression, grief, relationship or job difficulties, or we may have have experienced distressing or traumatic events. Often, we manage these difficult times with the support of family and friends, but sometimes it may be helpful to work with a trained professional.

Finding the right therapist, or type of therapy, may feel both confusing and overwhelming. NHS Inform have a useful article on what to look for in a therapist and I hope that some of the information here might be useful to you.
